The McKinsey Global Institute report forecasts that by 2030, artificial intelligence technologies will automate 30 percent of the total working hours in the USA.
The report highlights that women in low-wage jobs are 1.5 times more likely than their male counterparts to need to transition to a different job within the next seven years.

Companies can still achieve success without integrating artificial intelligence into their production processes, but now is the time to develop a narrative and strategy.
Artificial intelligence is already starting to revolutionize many professions. Workers who are most at risk from these changes should receive training in new skills.”
